Great inspiration has come into my life in a multitude ways. I have lived in Asia, Africa and many places around the world to inspire my Soul and learn from different cultures, habits and landscapes.
I studied yoga at an ashram of Agama Yoga at Thailand for 2 years and I walked my path of healing and regression therapy with my mentor for 8 years. I have met Great Teachers and Souls on my path. I have been guiding many woman in past few years. We have been an inspiration to each other.

CRQH -Cellular Resonance level 2 practitioner
Training with Dr Doug Lehrer, the cellular resonance method that goes to the cause. To the physical, emotional, psychological, mental, spiritual and spiritual level. Regression Therapy & Deep Energy Cleansing
Also called deep abreactive psychotherapy, is a procedure in which I guide a client through meditation to the "alpha" level to return to memories of past experiences and past lives. The concept of regression in psychology and healing means the return of consciousness to the past with the idea that awareness of past diseases or actions can have a psychotherapeutic effect. The client (patient) can be cured therapeutically in a regressed state.
Regression therapy is a way of deep healing, that help you to have strong awareness on the way to the True Self. It can cure the causes of physical pain, mental health problems, and mental blocks that keep you coming back around in circles.

Card Reading
Working with cards brings insights into the past, present and future. It teaches us to understand the patterns of our behaviour that manifest into reality and become tangled through our relationships, work, and family. We often get lost in external circumstances without losing sight of our internal settings. Cards and their symbols help us look at situations from a broader perspective and thus encompass their impact on our health, relationships, prosperity and abundance.
A true card reading equals deep-healing therapy, helps to uncover the Truth, illuminates, induces awareness, and heals.

Yoga - Private or Group
I'm happy to teach you in English as all my yoga study was in English.
In a private lesson, I focus on an individual approach according to physical, mental or energetical needs.
When working one on one, a deep connection and empathy are created.
According to the specific needs and requirements of the client, I choose techniques, positions and meditations.
The benefit of private lessons is a deeper connection, personal approach, relaxation, and healing of the deeper causes of physical, mental or somatic blocks.
Group lessons are a connection between the lecturer and the group. This is where collective energy cooperation takes place. The benefit of group lessons is motivation within the group, stretching, and relaxation of the body.

Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremony or individual session
The cacao wizard prepares and brews with intention and pure energy. It is tuned to the Cacao Spirit, who is the main guide of the ceremony. The guide cultivates conscious practice in order to be able to create a safe and pleasant environment in tune. A safe space, which is the basic commodity of any spiritual practice in a shared space with others.
Part of the ritual can be deeper dives of the participants, deep topics are opened and it is important that the guide is on the path of his spiritual growth and therefore consciously approaches the ceremony.
The basis is to have a quality source of cacao, to gain awareness of where the cacao comes from, from which sources, how it is processed, to be in close contact with the farm, shamans, people who set the whole ritual cocoa process in motion. Setting and setup are important during the ceremony. So we approach the ritual with an intention, e.g. to look at the topic, to move forward in life, or to be guided by the Spirit of Cacao into uncharted spaces. It is important to open the ritual and close it. This is followed by care after the ritual and the so-called process integration.
